This home had been previously remodeled adding a large Kitchen and Master Suite on the second floor.  The addition offered large spaces in the new rooms but was out of scale with the small compartmentalized rooms of the existing house.

Opening up the Kitchen and expanding the layout to include a large island with seating, generous counter space, beautiful Walnut cabinetry and open access to Dining and Family room.

The existing large Master Bath floor plan was converted into two rooms, allowing for a walk-in closet and a Bathroom with a large two person shower and free standing tub.  It is a large light-filled room with a luxurious feel.
